James Burden Mansion Wedding

Oh, this wedding. This wedding is stunning, breathtaking and unforgettable, but it was a challenge and filled with many logistics and very tiny details. I loved working with Xiaoran and Hua on their James Burden Mansion wedding (and now get to call them friends!). Xiaoran came to us with a vision and design for the day and we worked together to bring it to life. We’re so thankful to not only be part of this wedding, but for the vendor team that made this day happen. To all engaged couples, a strong vendor team is SO important. The day started off with the couple getting ready at Gramercy Park Hotel (I even met the bride there for a stroll in the park - bucket list item!) followed by ceremony and reception for their 50 closest loved ones at the mansion. Devon & Pinkett brought to life the runway inspired decor, Marcia Selden Catering served work of art (and yummy) food and Nine Cakes delivered a hand painted victorian styled wedding cake. There were so many rental and design vendors (see below) that supplied all of the fine details. The photographer, Nicole Ashley, was the real MVP by perfectly capturing this day. But one of my favorite elements of the evening was listing to jazz from Eden Lane Band (they play live often, check them out). Our team won’t forget this wedding for a while. Thanks for trusting us Xiaoran & Hua! xo

Frankies 457 Summer Wedding

Emily & Colin had the sweetest Frankies wedding ever. The bride and groom live in Singapore and traveled to New York to celebrate with their friends and family. They had an intimate Jewish ceremony followed by Italian food and a dessert buffet including personalized cupcakes from Georgetown and macaroons from Ladurée. They included lots of special details like Line Friends decor, a custom dress for the bride and bright summer flowers to decorate the space.

Essex House Wedding

Rachel & Justin got married at Essex House and it had the perfect amount of classic New York and personality. From antique key escort cards to a surprise performance the entire event represented the couple. I love the story Caitlyn from On the Time Photography told with her stunning photos. Rachel, Justin and their wedding party braved the heat and crowds for stunning photos in Central Park, but some of my favorites were taken on their bridal suite balcony. Stunning views, wedding and couple!

Dumbo Loft Wedding

Dumbo Loft is steps away from Brooklyn and Manhattan bridge. Tatiana & Allen took advantage of the skyline by taking photos at Brooklyn Bridge park with both bridges behind them. Tatiana and Allen’s wedding was sweetly filled with DIY decor and pops of read throughout the decor. They had an an afternoon ceremony followed lunch and dancing. Loved working with these two and how adorable is their little boy?!!

Dobbin St Brooklyn Wedding

Anna & Simon hosted their summer wedding at Dobbin St. in Williamsburg, BK. It was a perfect modern, industrial venue that fit their theme perfectly. Their wedding consisted of bright colors and modern elements, but still kept the feels of a classic wedding. The wedding party got ready at The Box House Hotel, took photos along the East River, had a rooftop ceremony and cocktail hour followed by an indoor reception at Dobbin St. We got to work with one of our favorite florists, IndyFASO who created show stoping pieces including a to die for chuppah, hanging floral chandelier and custom signage. The entire day was incredibly personalized and the dancing and smiled didn’t end all night.
