Multi-Day Experience
Who this is for:
You have some ideas brewing, but you need someone to help you plan and execute a multi-day celebration.
What you’ll get:
Planning and execution for your multi-day celebration, including 1-2 events plus the wedding day.
We’ll work closely with you to discuss your ideas and help you navigate an approachable wedding planning process. It can take over 300 hours on average to plan a wedding weekend, so our goal is to make it something that’s actually enjoyable for you—and easier to balance with the rest of your day-to-day life. We’ll handle the research and communication, and create cohesive presentations for you so that you can quickly and easily make educated planning decisions.

Full Day Experience
Who this is for:
You need someone to help you plan and execute the full day.
What you’ll get:
Planning and execution for your wedding day.
We’ll work side by side with you to navigate the planning process for your celebration. Similar to the Multi-Day Experience, all research, communication, and presentations will be handled by our team—but we’ll be focused on the wedding day only.

Consulting & Execution
Who this is for:
You want to be in the driver’s seat with planning—but also want our professional opinion and guidance.
What you’ll get:
Consulting hours + execution.
As you plan for your celebration, The BLB Events team will be here to offer guidance and advice, be a second eye on contracts, or anything else you might need in your planning process. You’ll have a set number of consulting hours that can be used in a variety of ways, including monthly check-in calls, vendor sourcing, design support, and more.

Wedding Management
In this option, we’ll work with you eight weeks before the wedding to double check your planning, fill in the gaps with some behind-the-scenes magic, and execute day of.
