Not only that, but it’s one of the primary ways to bring your wedding design to life, such as florals and personalized details.
Below is a thoughtfully curated wedding budget breakdown for one round table seating 10 guests, complete with elevated rentals, tabletop items, and curated touches that contribute to a refined and memorable guest experience. This is something we don’t see shared often, and that we hope to educate on so that people understand what goes into the total cost of your wedding.
This table-level budget reflects luxury pricing. From curated linens and custom napkins to crisp, stylish tableware and high-end centerpiece elements, these aren’t basic wedding rentals; each item has been priced with elevated aesthetics and guest experience in mind. Of course, this total number could increase or decrease based on the level of design you bring in.

Bread & Butter Plate - $13.00
Small bread plate at $1.30 per guest × 10 guests - a subtle yet essential detail for a full course meal.
Flatware - $55.00
Full place setting (typically five pieces per guest) at $5.50 per guest × 10 guests - polished, luxury flatware rounds out the table.
Custom Napkins - $150.00
Designer fabric napkin at $15 per guest × 10 guests - consider embroidered monograms or bespoke colors for a luxe feel.

A fully custom centerpiece design - florals, candles, and sculptural elements are tailored to your wedding’s palette and style. This price reflects a premium artistic design that becomes a focal point at each table.
Candles - $45.00
Ambient lighting adds warmth and luxury. This typically includes three candles at $15 each with holders curated to suit your theme.
Table Numbers - $10.00
Custom table numbers that match your invitations and signage suite.
Table Number Stands - $2.00
A minimal detail that ensures your guests can easily locate their seat.
Menu Cards - $50.00
Personalized printed menus - $5 per guest × 10 guests - that complement your tabletop design and give guests a preview of the culinary experience.
Additional Event Logistics & Production Costs
In addition to the tabletop and rental costs, a standard 25% fee ($389) was applied to cover taxes, design fees, and deliveries. This includes creative planning and styling, coordination, transportation of rentals and décor, and all necessary logistics to ensure the table is executed seamlessly on the wedding day.
