As New York City wedding planners, a Rainbow Room wedding has always been high on our list, and this one exceeded every expectation. We’re drawn to celebrations that reflect the timeless spirit of the city, and this one captured it effortlessly. Set against a snowy backdrop, it embodied everything we love about a black-tie winter wedding: warmth, romance, and a sparkling ambiance.

We kicked off the festivities the evening before with a rehearsal dinner at the New York Athletic Club, setting a refined tone for the weekend ahead. Each event was thoughtfully designed to feel distinct: the rehearsal dinner embraced a wintry, more relaxed ambiance, while the wedding day unfolded in a bright, celebratory palette inspired by the colors of a vibrant sunset. This intentional curation created a cohesive, considered experience, which is one of the many reasons we love a full wedding weekend.

The wedding day began at Lotte New York Palace, where the bride got ready with her closest family and friends. She wore a sleek satin gown that felt effortless, just like the day, and perfect for the season. Outside, fresh snowfall made the morning feel even more magical.

The couple exchanged vows during a traditional ceremony at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. One of the most iconic settings for a New York ceremony, it brought a sense of grandeur and tradition that made the moment feel especially meaningful.

Guests then made their way to Rockefeller Center for a reception at the renowned Rainbow Room. Known for its classic New York glamour, the space was reimagined through lush red florals and pops of orange and purple. The design felt luxe and elevated, while panoramic skyline views created an unforgettable setting for a true Manhattan celebration.
