Bright & Colorful Queer Housing Works Bookstore October Wedding

Get ready for all the bright, colorful, inclusive vibes coming your way! Alix & Angie’s October wedding at Housing Works Bookstore was the perfect example of creating a wedding celebration that is entirely about the couple and incorporates what is important to them. From Alix’s handmade dress to food from Angie’s culture to hand-sourced place settings and decor from thrift stores, the entire night was very uniquely Alix & Angie.

This wedding was the most perfectly intimate celebration. The dinner incorporated touching speeches and the reception let guests dance the night away to music by the amazing DJ Allie Rivera. We loved executing this wedding and seeing Alix & Angie celebrate their love, surrounded by memories of queer icons and important familial heritage. Cheers to that & a future for these two as bright as their wedding day was!
